Here we go Kimball Knights!

This 40th Reunion will be a milestone event that you don't want to miss. Our committee is working hard to reconnect us Knights and have a reunion that we will never forget.

Date: July 9, 2016

Place: The Dallas World Aquarium

The price of the ticket will include the following...

An awesome meal
Parking
Non alcoholic bar which includes water, tea, soda and coffee
There will be a cash bar which in NOT included in the price of the ticket
Entertainment: Shades of Gray Band / Gospel Singers
Admission to the Aquarium

Ok gang, time to start robbing your piggybanks and paying for your reservations; we need funds to support deposits and up front cost. Your Committee has all paid. But we still need your support and participation.

If you need to make payments, since this is going to be a little more costly you can make a minimum of $50 payments (plus processing fees for using Paypal). You just need to let Karen Etheridge Hutchens or me know.

COST
Remember right now you have a chance to get in for $95.00 per person (plus processing fees for using Paypal) until January 29th.
After that the cost is $110 per person plus processing fees. All reservations must be paid by June 1st

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS
There is the ability to cancel and get a refund, if for some reason you are not able to attend. But there will be a small cancelation fee:
1% if cancelled prior to May 2nd, 2016; and a 15% fee if cancelled between May 2nd and May 15th. After that a 50% fee until May 30th. And a finally 90% cancelation fee after that.
 
NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD @ DOOR
No reservations will be accepted after June 1st. Maximum attendees will be 300 so plan to purchase your tickets soon.
All proceeds go back to The Aquarium, helping humanity.
